Lake Palms is our luxury Florida vacation rental home near Disney and
the Orlando and Kissimmee areas. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two
reception rooms our lovely fully air-conditioned Disney area pool
home is very spacious, bright and airy and has a private screened
pool overlooking a lake and grassed areas so there are no properties
in front.
We feel we have supplied all the facilities and amenities necessary
to ensure our guests have a wonderful vacation.
Our Orlando vacation rental home is tastefully furnished, extremely
comfortable and it is set in the very charming, popular sub-division
of The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates which is only a 6 mile easy
drive to Walt Disney World.
The excellent communal facilties at The Palms are free to all guests
and include tennis courts, basketball, swimming pool and a childrens'
play area.
We have a Games Room with 8ft Slate Bed Pool Table, Foosball and
Electronic Darts and Free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet with a laptop.
Our Disney villa has volume ceilings, nearly 2000 sq ft of living
space consisting of a 23'0" x 13'8" formal lounge with separate
dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook and an 18'0"
x 15'0" family room with patio doors to the pool terrace.
The Family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Playstation 2, 2 controllers
and a selection of games are supplied as well as a selection of
movies, books, games.
Our Florida holiday home will easily sleep 10 guests utilising the
sleeper sofa in the lounge.
