Newly refurbished Three Bedroom, Two Bath Condominium at a BIG discount!! This resort boasts one of the best pool areas in Southwest Florida, complete with a heated pool, two Hot Tubs and a picnic/barbeque area (barbeque utensils supplied) with tables/gazebo. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can easily be put together for another king), TV, and a large closet. The third bedroom/den has a queen-sized sofa bed, TV, desk and small closet. The second full bathroom has a bathtub/shower. Spacious Lanai with table and 4 chairs.
The beach is across the street, with deeded access for all guests. If you have not been to the gulf coast, the sand is incredible!! If you enjoy golf, the par-60 golf course is next door - only a seven-iron away! It is the only golf course on the island, and is reasonably-priced. If you enjoy boating and fishing, there is a marina next door which has affordable boat rentals. The Fort Myers Beach Trolley will get you anywhere on the beach you need to go for a whopping 25 cents!! Lovers Key State Park is a short bike or trolley ride away, and has Kayak and boat rentals.
Santini Plaza is a short walk away, and includes seven restaurants/bars plus many shops. You really will not need to drive once you get to the resort, and if you do drive, the traffic is much better here on the South End of the Island. You will have a great time!!
