The Palms Retreat is a vacation home located on St. George Island, approximately 80 miles southeast of Tallahassee, Florida and approximately 15 miles from Apalachicola. The house is built in a private and 24 hour guarded community, The Plantation that has made the preservation of the quality and beauty of this unique area a priority.

Cancellation Policy:
A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation.
If the property is not rerented for the same period of time and the same rental amount, the entire advance rental payment and the security deposit will be forfeited. If the property is rerented for the same period of time and the same amount, your advanced payment, less the cancellation fee $75.00 will be refunded upon receipt of advance payment from the new tenant. Transfer of reservations for different dates will be treated as a cancellation.
The owner will be working with you to find the resolution.
