Cancellation Policy: If, for some reason, you have to cancel your reservation please cancel five days before your arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge.

Rules: Small, well-behaved, house-trained pets under 25 lbs are welcome for a one time $20.00 fee. The Pet Walk is at the north end of the building beside the conference room. Pets are currently allowed on the beach with a leash. Pets may be taken to the beach through the public beach access next door to the building, and not through the pool area. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed in the pool area. Please do not take your pet through the patio door of the unit, or through the pool and barbeque areas as you will be fined up to $500.00 dollars for each violation by the condo association.

Pool rules and regulations are posted at the pool.

Please do not smoke inside the condo. The Condo is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is permitted on the porch. Chairs and a table are provided for your comfort, along with an ashtray to use outside.
