Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Other days allowed for bookings less then 20 days before arrival or slower season.
All rates are in US Dollars $5000 to $11000 Weekly
All rates are subject to 12.5% Florida sales tax
In addition to the rates stated above a $2000.00 security deposit is required at time of booking
A $400 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
Prices include pool heat, internet, phone, towels, sheets and paper products, etc...
Partial Rental of the property is available on less then 30 days during High season(Jan - Apr, June-August & Holidays) and anytime during other seasons. Main house only (3 bedrooms), Main House plus Pool Cabana (4 bedrooms),
Main house plus guest house (5 bedrooms), Guest house only (2 bedrooms) Call for Rates.
