The bedrooms in this 4 bedroom rental villa in Clermont, FL, have ample space, as well as nice furnishings, to accommodate eight to ten vacationers comfortably. They include king beds, twin beds, a TV or satellite TV in each room with all other required amenities for luxurious living. We also have a great room running from the main entrance right through to the pool. It features a queen sleeper sofa, separate two seated sofa and love seat and a 27’’ TV with cable, DVD player, Sony PlayStation and wireless Internet access for your entertainment.

For those who enjoy cooking, we have a have fully equipped kitchen at our Clermont vacation rental villa. To unwind after a long day, simply lie back by or take a dip in the private swimming pool or community pool or soak in the outdoor hot tub. The fully furnished patio is where you can sit and relax while immersing in a good book or planning your next adventure under the Florida sun.

Stays under 6 nights require a $95 cleaning fee. If stay is 6 nights
Pool heat is an extra $20 per day/$120 per week.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before 8 weeks of arrival date :Full refund of Deposit.. 6 weeks:50% refund of agreed rental... 4 weeks:25% refund of agreed rental... Less than 4 weeks:No refund.
