Built in the mid 90's this home has all the conveniences to make your stay a pleasure. Island kitchen with seating for four, two large side-by-side refrigerators and two laundry rooms will help large groups stay clean and have fun! Wonderful tiled lower level is great for movie watching and playing board games which are available.

Many CD, VCR's, DVD's for your enjoyment. The large deck and grilling area beckon you to enjoy the outdoors. And parking for 4 cars in driveway and more in the cul de sac is a real plus for this area. Come and stay awhile!

RATES

Payment Policy: US Dollar Currency. Personal Check(US) Bank Check (Foreign) Full payment due upon arrival or mailed to owner 1 week prior to arrival. A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $500 is due with signed rental agreement and will be retuned within 15 days of departure providing the is no damage, missing items, missing keys,excessive cleaning, dirty dishes or moved furniture.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival: Deposit will not be returned.

Rules: Rules will be emailed or mailed after rental agreement and $500 deposit are received.
