Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars. Rates for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weeks are 10% higher. Additional charges are the Florida lodging tax of 11%, a $500 security deposit, a $225 cleaning fee and a $35 booking fee. Maximum occupancy: No more than 8 adults and 2 small children. Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and must be made by check or money order.

Cancellation Policy:
The reservation is cancelled if full payment is not received 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation for any reason, refunds will only be made in the amount received if the unit is rebooked less a %50 cancellation fee. The security deposit is refunded approximately 45 days after your stay minus any charges for damages to the unit or long distance phone calls.
