Beautiful Villa Florence in South West Florida

Our new, fully air-conditioned Villa is very comfortably furnished, well equipped (Gas BBQ, high speed internet)and close to Fort Myers in a quiet and secure living area of Cape Coral. It has got a private, screened and electro heated pool with western exposure.

The living space of about 2,000 square feet divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a joint living room and kitchen is suitable for up to 6 persons. The large sliding door of the living room against the pool area catches the beautiful red of each Florida sunset.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

Additional Adult: $50 /Week
Additional Child: $ 30 /Week

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: +++ On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table. +++ Garbage pick-up is on Wednesday morning. Please place garbage can by the curb.
