Enjoy a delightful view of the Gulf of Mexico from #315 Grand Caribbean West. This third (top) floor unit has a large private wrap around balcony. The condo is comfortable and well equipped and has proved to be a popular vacation rental with couples and families.
This 750 square foot unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bath and can accommodate (4-6) guests. The sleeping accommodations consist of a large bedroom with a Queen size bed. Recessed in the hall are Crew quarters with bunk beds which children love. An additional Queen size sleep sofa is in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for cooking at home.A comfortable dining, living area opens through French doors onto the spacious balcony.There you may dine al fresco, enjoy a coffee, or sip a glass of wine, while viewing the Gulf waters and the surrounding area. A washer/dryer is in the unit for guests convenience. A hair dryer in the bathroom. Beach chairs and umbrellas are kept in the unit for quests convenience and use.All linens are provided, except we ask guests to bring their own beach towels.
Dining and shopping opportunities abound in this area. The nearby Destin Commons offers a variety or restaurants, shopping and entertainment as does the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.Not to be missed,is the immense Silver Sand Outlet Mall. Golf, tennis, fishing expeditions,
boating facilities, and aquatic sports are all available here. A bicycle rental shop is within walking distance of the condo. We have a wonderful bike/walking/running path that goes for miles and passes in front of GCW Also for the children, Big Kahaunas Water Park is a must, as is the
aquarium in Fort Walton Beach.
