Cancellation Policy:
Tenant understands that this lease may only be cancelled in writing (60) sixty days or more prior to date of occupancy when and if a replacement tenant is secured on the same terms and for the same rate. Tenant also understands that if the lease is cancelled within that time frame, Tenant shall only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the rental fee. Tenant also understands that it may not cancel this agreement for any reason within (60) days of the occupancy date.
