This is a gorgeous family owned 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a private pool and two screened in Lanai areas, located in North Port, Florida. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people but can sleep up to 9: master bedroom has a King size bed, guest BR 1 has a queen size bed, guest BR 2 has two twin size beds and there are two inflatable matresses as well. House is fully furnished with everything you need from towels and linens to dishes and silverware. Cable TV is included. The house has City water only, no well water, no sulfur or salt water. Very close to some of the best gulf beaches in Florida (Manasota beach, Venice beach, 5 star Siesta Key). Close to shopping, dining, golf courses, and many other attractions. Payment Policy: Each rental will include the base pay above and a $100.00 cleaning fee to pay for cleaning services and a $200.00 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded in full at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged, broken, stolen, or needs extended cleaning services. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Must be 25 or over to rent. We are renting out our home on Weekly and Monthly plans. So how do you book our house??
