Our airport code here is VPS or Okaloosa Regional Airport. From the airport turn to the left and continue to to the dead end at HWY 98. Turn left and at the next light turn left again our office is located in the Shoppes of Paridise Point. Check-in ... over the bridge to the Island and turn right on Santa Rosa Blvd to the end.

Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS – A $50.00 Administration Fee, $150 advance rent and a signed RESERVATION AGREEMENT is required to secure a reservation. AJH accepts MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders and Checks drawn on U.S. Banks. (If securing with a check, it must be received by AJH within 5 days after booking has been made or the reservation will be canceled). Balance of rental fee is due 14 days prior to arrival date.. Please reference reservation dates and unit #, name when sending check or money order. CHECK-IN TIME is 3 PM at AJH, 255 MIRACLE STRIP PKWY. S.E. #B-16. Keys are not available until the rental unit is ready for occupancy. AJH will use all reasonable efforts to have the unit ready for guest occupancy at check-in time, but AJH cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy. Please call our office in advance if you are arriving after 5 PM so key arrangements can be made. CHECK-OUT TIME is prior to 10 AM at AJH’s office. Please be prompt as to allow us to have adequate time to prepare the unit for the next guests and return all keys to AJH office before leaving to avoid additional charges.

 
Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION – Must be made 15 days prior to arrival on weekly rentals and 30 days for monthly reservations. The Administration Fee of $50.00 and advance rent of $150.00 will be forfeited. Cancelations between 15 and 8 days prior to arrival will pay one additional days rental penility cancel less than 8 days or 30 days for monthly rentals prior to there arrival date there will be NO REFUND NO-SHOW POLICY – The total amount of the reservation will be charged. RETURNED CHECKS – A $35 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks. CONFIRMATION – Confirmation of the reservation will be mailed, faxed or emailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advanced payment and a signed reservation agreement form. Please read the confirmation for accuracy of dates, mailing address, number of adults and/or children and accommodations. Report any errors to AJH within seven (7) days of mailing. Pay close attention to the number of persons on the confirmation. Occupancy is limited to REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Absolutely no overnight visitors are allowed without prior arrangements made in advance in writing to AJH. KEYS – All keys must be returned to the AJH office upon Check-out. Our rental units are privately owned and Guests are responsible for lost keys. The property must be re-keyed in the event the keys are lost, misplaced or not returned and you will be responsible for the cost of this procedure.
