Winter 2008:>Daily:$150 - $350,Weekly:$800 - $1,600,Monthly:$3,000 - $3,600,Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Off-season 2008:>Weekly:$750 - $1,600,Monthly:$2,200 - $4,000.

25% non-refundable deposit in US dollars is required and the balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Payment by VISA or Mastercard, money order or cashiers check is acceptable.

Rules: A small dog/cat will be considered for an extra cleaning fee. Absolutely no smoking.Parking is permitted in designated places.

On Departure: Place furniture as it was upon arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed and put away and refrigerator and stove wiped down. All trash should be bagged and placed in garbage bins on the side of the building. Check under beds for personal belongings and leave the keys on the counter.
