Situated on fabulous Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico, Second Sandbar, a Seaside vacation rental home is the perfect retreat for a classic sun, sand and relaxed holiday with your family or friends. This charming house has been featured and published on the cover of the Veranda Magazine and offers some of the most spectacular views of the ocean and the pristine surroundings.

Featuring designer furnishings, our centrally air-conditioned, 3 bedroom home rental in Seaside can easily accommodate up to eight vacationers. The plush bedrooms include two queen-size Murphy beds and four bunk beds. The bathrooms are well appointed as per modern standards and there is a private steam shower and hot tub as well. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes and there are superb barbequing provisions in the community. Regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets and also have a no smoking policy.

For your entertainment, this Seaside, Florida vacation rental features a flat screen TV with cable, DVD, VCR and CD/Stereo players to catch up with your favorite movies, shows and sitcoms. Wireless Internet access is also available to catch up with your emails or surf the web. The living/dining area gives fabulous vistas of ocean and beach, with views of sizzling sunsets. We also offer four beach chairs and bikes too- free of charge, of course. During your stay at our Seaside house rental, you can frolic in the community’s outdoor pool.

Golf enthusiasts, staying at this Seaside vacation home will be delighted by the easy access to superb golfing facilities and opportunities. Long leisurely romantic strolls, sun bathing, swimming and other water sports will be easily accessible as our Seaside oceanfront home is the nearest to the beach.

Our San Pedro Town apartment near beach is also close to numerous restaurants, cafes and diners where you can sample some amazing cuisines along with mouthwatering delicacies and specialties. Shopping centers are also nearby for you to stock up on supplies or buy souvenirs and gifts for your loved ones.

June-Labor Day Weekly Rentals Only 7 Nights ... $7,700/week, plus $250 cleaning.

Christmas-New Years (includes midweek spiff) .. $6,400/week, plus $250 Cleaning.

Thanksgiving Week (minimum 4 nights) ........ $900/night, plus $250 cleaning.

Spring, Fall (Mar, Apr, Sep, Oct) .. $850/night (3 nt min), plus $250 cleaning.

All Other Times .................... $650/night (3 nt min), plus $250 cleaning.

Damage Deposit of $500 Required.
