Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

A deposit of $500.00 is due on booking. The full amount of rent including cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. The reservation serves as security deposit and will be returned after departure. 3% fee on credit card and paypal payments.

Cancellation Policy: A $50 fee is due by canceling 30 days in advance.

Rules: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. The garbage has to fit in the green barrel provided and needs to go out early Monday and early Thursday. We re-cycle . This goes out early Thursday
