Our 1450 Sq.ft condo’s pleasant and relaxed atmosphere has all the amenities of home. The large balcony has access from the living room and the master bedroom. Its northern exposure offers a side view of the Intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Our complex offers its own private fishing pier on the ocean, pristine white sandy beach, a large ocean front heated pool, and hot tub. Listen to the sound of the ocean while you prepare dinner in the BBQ area, and enjoy it while seating in the Tiki tables. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We are just minutes from John’s Pass, and nearby Clearwater beach,where dining, shopping and water sports can be found. We are located 10 miles west of St.Pete/Clearwater airport, and approx. 20 miles from Tampa International Airport.

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $200.00 US advance deposit. Deposit must be received with in 7 days of the initial reservation to avoid cancellation. Full payment is due up on arrival, we accept money orders, travellers checks, or certified bank checks. Payment with major credit cards could be arranged upon request. "Featured discount special" must be paid in full at the time of reservation, with money order, travellers checks, or certified bank check only. **Excluded from these specials are the 4th of July week, and March 21- April 17 please call for information**. Special rates are based on 7 nights minimum stay. At check in time you must present a major credit card to our property manager for damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation refund charge is 20% of the deposit received. Refunds request must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited.

Rules:
This is a smoke free unit, sorry NO pets. No boats or trailers are allowed on the parking lot. Rates quoted are based on 6 occupants, additional persons will be charge $10.00 per day, per person. Children under 12 are Free!! Check out time is 10:00 AM arrangements may be made for late departures subject to availability. NOTE: July 4TH Holiday June 28-July 12 ADD $245.00 US per week to 2008 weekly rate.
