Spread in 1700 square feet area, this Amelia Island vacation villa boasts amenities such as BBQ, patio with wood and pool view. A community summer pool, community outdoor heated pool and community hot tub is also accessible from our villa.

You will like the tiled entry in the large living, which is furnished with two very comfortable full length couches as well as two reclining chairs for your relaxation. A large armoire conceals the 36-inch TV, video and stereo system in this room. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances and a wet bar is just waiting for an efficient chef. The dining room, which also has beautiful tiled entry, is kept ready to greet you and your family.

The master bedroom with king bed, first bedroom with two single beds and second bedroom with a queen bed in our Amelia Island Florida rental villa provide enough space for as many as six comfortable sleeps. Additional features of this villa include a large master bath as well as a half bath on the bottom floor.

An amenity card is also available through Amelia Island Plantation at an additional fee. This card allows you to enjoy more of the resort's facilities. Guest meals at the Plantation dining facilities, and other chargeable items are made against the guest card, and are paid upon departure.
