Each of our units is decorated and equipped to make your stay away from home as comfortable as possible. Two bedroom units are 1,245 sq. ft., have been recently remodeled and can accommodate up to six guests, including children. The 1 bedroom unit, also recently remodeled, is approximately 1,095 sq. ft. and will accommodate up to four guests, including children. Ground floor units have walk out access from the lanai to the path and beach. All buildings have an elevator to upper floors.
Each unit is equipped with three NEW FLAT SCREEN cable TVs, VCRs, DVD players, stereo with CD and tape players, telephone, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and vacuum. Towels and linens are provided and cribs, high chairs, etc. are available for rent. The kitchen is fully equipped including cookware and tableware. Pets are not allowed and we thank you for not smoking.
Unit A6 is a gulf front unit only 25 steps from the private, screened lanai to the sand. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor unit is one of the closest condos to the beach on Sanibel Island. Kitchen renovations were just completed including all new appliances with a convection microwave, new corian countertops and kitchen cabinets, complimenting the tile floors throughout the living area and bathrooms.
Three new flat screen TVs have been added in the living room, master and guest bedrooms!
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom NOW has a full size bed and a twin bed and the living room sofa is a queen sleeper.
