You'll enjoy accessibility to a community outdoor heated pool, a community hot tub, 8 community charcoal barbecues and outdoor tennis court. RATES
 
 
Payment Policy: A reservation fee of $200.00 is due at the time of acceptance of the rental agreement. The balance payment for rental should be made no later than 30 days before arriving time. Payment for rental should be made in U.S. dollars by credit card, personal check, traveler’s check or money order.

 
Cancellation Policy: There will be no penalties for reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 89 than 45 days prior to arrival will incur a USD 75.00 charge. Reservations cancelled between 44 days and 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit USD150.00 of the reservation fee. Any reservations cancelled less than 30 days before arrival forfeit the full lodging amount. There are not refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Cancellations must be made in writing via mail or e-mail.

 
Rules: Security Deposit A credit card number is required for all reservations to act as a security deposit. This credit card will be charged to cover loss or damage to the rental property in excess of normal wear and tear during the period of rental. Guests will be notified of any charges made to the card within 20 days of departure. Maximum Occupancy The property may only be occupied by a maximum of 8 people. Occupancy by additional persons may result in eviction without refund. Campers, tents, and recreational vehicles are not permitted to be hooked-up to, nor occupied on the premises, No Pets, No Smoking There is a strict NO PETS policy. Any pet found in the property or its premises will result in the request that you vacate the property immediately; all moneys paid in plus the security deposit will be forfeited. Smoking inside the property is not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Guests’ checkout duties 1. If the dishwasher is full, wash, dry and put the dishes away. 2. Load the dishwasher and start the unit. Please do not leave the appliance running unattended. 3. All food products should be removed from the refrigerator and either taken with you or placed in the outside dumpster. 4. Take all refuse out of the property and place it in the outside dumpster. 5. A special crew will perform the basic final cleaning. The necessity of extra cleaning will result in an extra cleaning charge, which will be deducted from your security deposit. 6. The property key should be left inside the lock box. Failure to do so will result in a USD 30.00 charge, which will be deducted from your security deposit. 7.
