Pineapple Place is a small, well-kept property of one and two bedroom apartments just across Ocean Blvd. from one of South Florida's award-winning public beaches with lifeguards, a fishing pier and lighthouse. We are nationally rated as a Superior Small Lodging. Enjoy our swimming pool, BBQ area and tropical landscaping. A coin laundry is also located on the property.
We are centrally located in the safe, ocean side community of Pompano Beach, 15 minutes North of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes South of Boca Raton. Walk to waterfront restaurants, shops, snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing boats, jet ski and boat rentals and more. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a five-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to attractions and shopping throughout South Florida.

Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars. All major credit cards accepted. A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus a $100 or $125 exit cleaning fee, 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates subject to change until confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of the $300 administration fee for re-renting the unit during the contracted rental period.
