Cottages by the Ocean" is a small, well-kept property of enchanting Key West-style studio and one bedroom cottages. We are a Visit Florida partner, and are nationaly rated as a Superior Small Lodging. The Cottages are less than two blocks from one of South Florida's best public beaches (with life guards), and a short walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, nightspots, public fishing pier, snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing boats, jet ski and boat rentals, nail and beauty salons, drug store, gourmet fish market and more. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a five-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to attractions and shopping in South Florida.

The Cottages are located on a quiet street in the safe, oceanside community of Pompano Beach, 15 min. North of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Each newly restored cottage has fully equipped kitchen, sleeping and living areas, vaulted ceilings with beams and paddle fans, large screened-in porches, central deck area and lush landscaping. The unit includes a king size bed and sleeper sofa.

Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. All major credit cards accepted. A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus a $75 or $100 exit cleaning fee, 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates subject to change until confirmed.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of the $300 administration fee for re-renting the unit during the contracted rental period. Travel insurance is recommended.
