Tropical, well-maintained, quiet studios and one bedroom units make up this charming six unit complex just off A-1-A and two short blocks to our award-winning beach. Miles of shoreline allow for long, uninterruped runs or walks. Looking north, you’ll see our fishing pier and lighthouse.

It’s a short walk to dozens of great local restaurants, shops, boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, nail and beauty salons, gourmet fish store, pharmacy, bank, nightspots and more. Tennis and 36-holes of golf course are a five-minute drive.

Bahama Beach Club is very clean, with lush landscaping, new furnishings and everything you need in your home-away-from-home. Each unit has a full kitchen with all utensils and dishes, cable TV/DVD, phone/voice mail, all linens, iron & board, hair dryer, family games, popular videos, books, beach towels and chairs, BBQ grill and more. A laundry facility is in the building.

Restaurants: some of the best restaurants in all of South Florida are a short walk or drive away. Dozens of really good ones, including plenty of waterfront dining, in all price ranges.

Shopping: walk to local beach shops, banks, ATMs, pharmacies, day spas. Five-minute drive to the new Pompano Citi Centre mall, short drive to many high-end shopping areas lik e trendy Las Olas Boulevard, Boca Raton's Town Centre Mall and Mizner Plaza, also Sawgrass Mills outlet mall, Swap Shop world¹s largest outdoor flea market and Festival Flea Market Mall (huge indoor flea market). Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. All major credit cards accepted. A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus a $75 or $100 exit cleaning fee, 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates subject to change until confirmed.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. Any refund to the renter would equal the dollar amount the landlord is able to collect from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, minus a $300 administration fee to cover the costs to re-rent the unit during the contracted rental period.
