In the historic Art Deco Shelborne, former host to the Miss America Pageant and most recently MTV's 8th & Ocean, site of filming. This Great unit is a full 400 square feet and has a separate bedroom with a king bed and new tastefully decorated rooms. The entrance room has a very comfy Queen futon with upgraded fully equipped KITCHENETTE contains a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker,toaster oven,electric griddle and sink, will be perfect for making breakfast or re-heating also have a Bistro set were you can enjoy your meals. You will have full access to the gorgeous pool and towel service, but if the beach is your thing you just cannot get any better than our gorgeous Miami Beach, where you'll find lounges and umbrellas for rent, or bring your own towels and camp on the sand. The hotel has several bars and a restaurant which you can use on a cash basis, as the unit is privately owned and not part of the hotel for charging,parking, or concierge privileges. There is parking nearby as well as drug stores and food shoppes. Daily maid service also is not part of the rental, but you will be provided with plenty of towels and some cleaning supplies. Maid service is available for a $65 charge should you require it for longer stays or if the little ones made a big mess. Linens will be washed and replaced as well as bed linens, with housekeeping service. Rates vary with season, and special events, so please,e-mail me for accurate rates! We accept credit cards through Paypal (with a surcharge) all checks must clear prior to us sending the key, and payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements are made.
