This beautiful three bedroom beach house 5 miles outside downtown historic St. Augustine is nestled along U.S. Highway A1A. The house sleeps 6 comfortably but could easily expand to sleep a couple of extra kids too. The house is newly remodeled and fully furnished and is perfect for a week or two stay at the beach. The house has neighbors but you can hardly see the other houses around it due to the wonderful foliage in the yard. Lots of privacy! Convenient to everything you will love this location. Nice quiet beach access directly across the street and a great view of the entire area from atop the roof sun porch. This house is exactly what you're looking for to escape to the beach. Day trips could include a historic trip in downtown St. Augustine (the nation's oldest city). Also Jacksonville, Florida is just 30 minutes north. Visit the Space Coast just South of this location or take a trip to the World Golf Village.

Located in a quaint community, this spacious three bedroom two bath rental has all the amenities of home, with the added benefit of sun and sand. With a sleeping capacity of 6 plus room for kids on the floor. There is room for the whole family. Spend your vacation enjoying the sites and attractions that St. Augustine has to offer. Our Nation's oldest city!

Just one mile from the home there is a public boat launch, so bring your watercrafts and enjoy your stay. Located close to everything. Near Jacksonville, Gainseville, Disneyworld, and the Space Coast.

We are the direct owners of this house so we will meet you at the house to provide you the keys and walk you through all the wonderful features of the home. Then you're on your own for a week or more of fun and sun at the beach!

Payment Policy: All fees are paid in U.S. currency only Payment will be made in full at the time you receive the keys and house orientation.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: Smoking Policy: Here are sample rules around smoking. A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee. Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table.
