Relax and enjoy the best top floor 3 bedroom penthouse beachfront condo at John's Pass. John's Pass connects the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay. The unit has panoramic views of the Gulf from the beachfront balcony and views of the Village at John's Pass and Boca Ciega Bay from the front entrance walkway. Our unit is completely updated and tastefully decorated in a Hemingway inspired exotic theme. Rental agents and property managers say it's the nicest condo rental on Madeira Beach! The interior offers unobstructed views of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining and living areas and the master bedroom. The dining table seats 8 comfortably plus there are 4 stools at the kitchen counter. The pool is located between the condo building and the beach, and the pool area provides thatched roof tables and benches as well as lounge chairs around the newly paved pool area. A walkway under the bridge at John's Pass allows safe access to the Village with an abundance of restaurants, shops, water sports facilities, gambling cruise boats, and fishing.

From Tampa Int'l Airport: Exit the airport and merge onto I-275 S toward St. Petersburg. You will travel over a long flat bridge over a large part of Tampa Bay. Merge right onto FL-694 W via exit 28 Gandy Blvd. toward Pinellas Park/Seminole. Gandy Blvd. becomes Park Blvd. Once you enter into Seminole watch for the Home Depot on your left. At the following light make a left onto Seminole Blvd. After 1 1/2 miles Seminole Blvd. will split. Stay to the left toward Madeira Beach/Tom Stuart Causeway. Go to the end and turn left onto Gulf Blvd. After 1 1/2miles you will come upon the bridge that connects Madeira Beach to Treasure Island. Make a sharp right turn onto Gulf Lane just before the bridge; it is the last right before going over the bridge. You will be facing the front of the condo building. The parking space is the third space from the lobby/elevator entrance marked 511; the other parking space is in the back lot facing the beach.
