Part of the luxurious Hampton Lakes Community, our Davenport vacation rental home is an ideal getaway to explore the many attractions of this amazing holiday spot. This Davenport home near Disney World is replete with modern furnishings and lies close to numerous recreational and entertainment venues including the many different amusement parks that are part of Walt Disney World.

Our 4 bedroom rental home in Davenport can comfortably accommodate up to 10 vacationers. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are well appointed as per modern standards to make your stay comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen to cater to your culinary needs with a formal dining room table that seats six. Regretfully we have a no pets policy.

For your entertainment, the living room features a TV and this Davenport vacation home also features a private outdoor pool for you to frolic in or simply laze around on the loungers with your favorite drink. There is a community pool along with a beach style volleyball court, two tennis courts and a children’s play area.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy tee times at some superb courses at our Davenport home near golf course. Your family is going to love a visit to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and many other theme and water parks. If you want to try your luck, the casinos are just a short drive away.

This Davenport rental home is also near to shopping centers and malls where you can buy gifts and souvenirs as well as stock up on supplies. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and diners offering superb dining options catering to all tastes.

Fees Not inbcluded: 12% Tax. $45 Non refundable security deposit protection plan. $35 processing fee. Stays les than 6 nights incurr a one time departure cleaning fee of $115.00 + tax. Please add $10 per nigh to the assigned nightly rate to any stay less than 6 nights. Optional Pool Heating is not included, please add $175 weekly & $55 Daily + Tax if added.

 
Cancellation Policy: There is a $150.00 non-refundable payment required to reserve the home, this is subtracted from your total with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations with less than a 30 day notice are not refundable.

 
Rules: Non Smoking & No Pets - Stays less than 6 nights require a $250 security check to be mailed and held for 14 days from departure.
