The villa is situated on a plot along a canal, offering access to the Gulf of Mexico, with palm trees and tropical plants on about 1.000 sqm, and a wonderful view to the canal. The grounds are watered automatically.
The electrical heated pool has 11 x 5 m and the terrace - protected by a screen - offers by 110 sqm enough space for 6 people. You will also find sun chairs and a grill. The villa has its own landing stage for boats. We can arrange for a boat if you want.
The kitchen is equipped as follows :
dining area, stove, oven, micro wave, mixer, coffee machine, mixer and a two-door fridge with ice machine. Dishes, glasses and cutlery is availabe in a sufficient quantity.

The living space makes 145 sqm and contains three bedrooms with dressing room. Two rooms have a direct access to the pool.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and every room has a fan.
The double garage works by remote control. Here you will find two bicycles and a fishing rod.
