This 4500 sq. ft. Mediterranean home was completed October 2006. It has 4BR/3BA, DEN, spacious living room, 14 ft. cathedral ceiling, formal dining room, eat in kitchen, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, 42 in cherry wood cabinets and heated pool.  
All rooms have overhead fans & lights, 4 rooms with cable flat screen TVs with CD-DVD player, centralized sound system, portable phones with answering machines and high speed Internet.  
For extra safety when away, there is an alarm system and doors are equipped with alarm system when getting to the pool.
