Two bedroom house with upstairs or downstairs option. Recently Remodeled. New furniture. All appliances: TV, Microwave, Oven,Washer, two fridges Dryer, Barbecue Grill, fishing equipment. Half mile from entrance to Juana National Park. Great views of Ocean, forest. Can fish, canoe, deep sea fishing, golf, amusement parks. Numerous stores for shopping grocery etc within 15 minutes drive. Ten minutes from St Augustine, Two hours from Orlando. Upstairs unit has luxurious furniture, lots of mirrors, beautiful handmade murals of marmaid, dolphins, wrap around covered,screened porch, ($50/day more). No pets both unit. No children upstairs.

| From Jacksonville Airport drive south on I95 to J Turner Butler, exit to east, beaches, on A1A go right, south, 15 miles. House is #22 after Gate Gas Station. Empty lots on both sides. House #23 is white three story house with teal roof. We can provide transportation from Airport if needed.

US Dollars, Visa, Master Card Am Ex, Cash, money order. No personal checks. One day rental deposit at booking. Half due thirty days before arrival. Non refundable. Full payment due thirty days before arriva. Full payment due sixty days before arrival for July 4th, Xmas, New Year, Thanksgiving.

Cancellation Policy:
NO-refund policy for cancellations during Christmas and New Years 90 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
