We prefer that bookings be paid in full at the time that the dates are reserved but we understand that this cannot always happen. You have the option of paying the security deposit of $250 to reserve those dates and the full booking price would be due no later than 14 days before your arrival date. If mailing a check please mail 4 to 5 days before the payment is due.

Cancellation Policy:
If you reserve dates and then later cancel with at least 30 days notice your deposit is refundable. If you do not give us 30 days cancellation notice your deposit will not be refunded, If you have paid in full and then cancel the deposit will be held and you will be refunded the rental amount minus 5% to cover costs.
