Beautiful Massachusetts Home With Pine Trees and Natural Landscaping

Plenty of privacy in this neighborhood with pine trees and natural landscaping. The backyard is green grass for a game of tag or bocce. Walk down the street to enjoy the beach & clear water of Bakers Pond. Just a few minutes drive to Skaket Beach, Nauset Beach, Nickerson State Park and Downtown Orleans.

There are three bedrooms - Bedroom #1 has one king bed, Bedroom #2 has a daybed with trundle, and Bedroom #3 has a full-size futon and a full-size bed. NOTE: Please Bring Your Own Linens. A fully-equipped kitchen will make a homemade dinner on the mahogany deck very enjoyable.

For weekly rentals we require 50% of your total rental fee to reserve your dates & the 2nd 50% is due at least one week before your arrival is scheduled. This gives us enough time to get the key mailed out to you by priority mail. Any rental less than one week requires the entire fee paid to reserve your dates.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are uncommon but a hassle for everyone. You will receive 90% of any fees you have already sent for cancelling a reservation.

Rules: you will be responsible for tidying the house before check-out (vacuuming, wiping down the counter tops, etc). Please let us know if you are bringing a pet.
