The perfect place for a Florida beach vacation, it's just a short 5-minute walk to one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. Situated on the peninsula dividing the Inland Waterway from the Atlantic Ocean, guests can enjoy activities such as fishing from the shore, swimming, sailing or surfing located just a block from the house. The wide beach stretches for miles and is ideal for walking, jogging or biking at low tide. Stroll to the Inland Waterway at night for spectacular sunsets, or take a dinner cruise. Also nearby are a number of public golf courses. This house includes a "Florida Room" (enclosed porch), fenced-in palm-sheltered backyard with small patio, and is landscaped with tropical plants and palm trees. The house is about a 90-minute drive to DisneyWorld, less to the Kennedy Space Center and to historic St. Augustine. It's about 5 miles to the Daytona International Speedway.
