Relax, Rejuvenate and Indulge your senses in Briarwood's Finest! Come, stay awhile in Naples; the city that offers sensational sunsets, white sand beaches, world class restaurants, plenty of shopping and art galleries too many to count. Located in a lovely gated community just 3-4 miles from pristine beaches, the well-known Naples Pier, Naples Zoo & Caribbean Gardens, and the fabulous Cambier Park which hosts year-round art fairs, an enormous childrens' playground and sports facility, and a band shell where you can enjoy various live concerts.

This beautifully appointed and custom decorated home is on a quiet water setting with picturesque sunsets across the lake. The house has been recently updated inside and out, floors to ceilings; including furniture, bedding, linens and stainless steel kitchen appliances. It's nearly 2400 square feet encompass an open floor plan with high ceilings and ceramic tile flooring throughout. There are 3 eating areas: a formal dining room, a bright & airy eat-in-kitchen with dinette table & barstools at the buffet, as well as a large outside dining area.

The master suite is quite spacious with a king bed, plump loveseat in a sunny reading area, private lanai access, TV, bath has a garden tub and separate shower and dual sinks. The second suite also enjoys a king bed, private bath, TV and is just steps from the lanai. Its third and fourth bedroom each have twin beds that are very colorful and decorated in fun beach themes. These two rooms share a third full bath with a seashell motif. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, as does the living room, family room and lanai. With 3 sets of sliding door access to the screen enclosed lanai, you can open them all and know for certain that you have indeed found your own private paradise.

Other amenities of this home include a solar heated pool (electric heat pump available), two car garage with auto door opener, laundry room, a big flat screen TV in the family/entertainment room for movie night and great neighbors on either side.

There are plenty of fresh linens available, including beach towels; so just bring your swimsuits, toothbrushes and be our guest. You won't find a more perfect home in which to spend your precious and valued vacation time!

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 50% of rental amount will secure your booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Accepted forms of payment: personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and wire transfers. In instances of long term advance booking, other payment arrangements will be consideredd and agreed upon. A security deposit of $500 and a departure cleaning charge of $125 will apply. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 120 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 60 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one (1) nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: All rental confirmations are subject to approval of the Briarwood Property Owners Association (BPOA), and payment of the $100 application fee implemented by the BPOA. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult at least 35 years of age, guardian or parent.
