Luxurious acomodations, large vacation home Totally secluded & private grounds! A private tennis court, with really great surface .BIG HEATED private pool with very beautiful waterfalls that most kids use as a jumping platform (it's fun!); all surrounded by a big beautiful yard. There's a large & pretty, real tiki hut, easily big enough to seat your whole group comfortably on the generous benches, overlooking the tennis court (nice to watch matches & players), the pool, & the manicured yard. The rear of this home has a really large covered patio with ceiling fans & lounge chairs. The yard is surrounded by wall & is very private with no neighbors. This is really a very quiet community that even has a roving security guard on patrol for our comfort. Inside this luxury home, there is a wonderful full service large bar where your guests will gather all together on many occasions (it's that nice!). This is large, with polished wood bar-top, brass rail footrests, comfortable seating on 3 sides with the ample bar in the middle so that you can talk to & see everyone, all done in rich wood & real Chicago brick, & also with a very large skylight dome almost making one end of the bar area a terrarium. The game room is large, has a bumper pool table & poker table (or any other card game) in it. The family room has a big screen television with a large seating/conversation pit (yes, pit) & very comfortable couches where all can watch sports, a movie, or even play games on the big screen using the game console. This room also has a large fireplace done in Chicago brick. This is a big double fireplace that has the other face in the large living room or the music room because of the tuned piano just waiting to do a sing along with you. All of the bedrooms are big, with their own full bath & each room has a great view of the yard, pool, & tennis court. The kitchen is great with lots of counter top, a cooks island, double wall oven, built in Chicago brick walled wine rack, beautiful wooden cathedral ceiling (oh yeah, the breakfast room off of the kitchen, the bar, game room, TV room, living room, office, & master bedrooms all have beautiful wood cathedral ceilings), lots of windows for great views of the grounds & pool, & a walk in pantry! The home is tastefully decorated throughout. In the upstairs' masterbath suite, is an exercise room & a hot tub/spa big enough for 3 or 4 (we call it the upstairs pool). The office has two web computers & is nicely done. When you first enter the home through the huge, beautiful white doors, you enter in the foyer with wonderful views of the yard & grounds so that it's very pleasant each time you enter this magnificent home. This place was really built for very comfortable entertaining! You & your guests will live & enjoy very comfortably in this home. Of this we are sure. This is a great location as we have easy access to the Florida turnpike & all the major highways for Miami. This means that Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, the famous South Beaches & Miami Beach, downtown Miami, the arenas & stadiums are within a 25 minute drive. We also can easily & quickly reach some of the best & varied shopping in all of Florida. Literally around the corner is a big, beautiful park with bicycle (we do have bikes) & hiking/walking trails, a really great & very large kiddie playground, a recreational center with tennis courts, handball, basketball, beach volley ball courts & more. We have many great golf courses close by.

Payment Policy: Dear Guest: All Rates in US Dollars. There will always be a Cleaning FEE of $ 245 and taxes of 7.5% The rates are based on a total of up to 8 guests and are weekly for low season and excludes special events, holidays, mid season periods and taxes. For each additional guest, there will be an additional fee of $150 per week. Holidays have extra fee. Please call for quotes. FOR POOL TO BE HEATED IS $35 PER DAY ADDITIONAL. A 50 % deposit is due at time of booking. The property is ABSOLUTELY OPEN AND AVAILABLE UNTIL IT IS BOOKED, and is booked when 50 % deposit is received. Note: Until confirmed or booked, rates are subject to change. A 50 % deposit is due at time of booking. The property is absolutely open until it is booked, and booked when 50% deposit is received. A $750.00 fully refundable damage deposit is due upon arrival, payable in cash or can be paid prior to arrival using PAYPAL. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $350 US. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 60 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $650 US. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $1000 US. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. POOL RULES : No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision. SMOKING POLICY: No smoking ON DEPARTURE RULES: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
