This 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house is an ideal vacation home for two families or a larger group to enjoy everything that this Florida coast has to offer. The main public beach at Redington is approx. an 8 min walk or drive to St John's Pass at Madeira Beach within 5 mins. Clearwater Beach is approx 15 mins to the north and Disney area approx. a 2 hour drive. If you don't want to venture that far the decision may be difficult.........lay on your own private sandy beach, relax in your own private pool..................watch the dolphins and the sunsets from the upper deck, sunbathe from the sundeck..................decisions, decisions !

RATES

Payment Policy: Added to the weekly rates shown are $195 cleaning fee & 12% tax. Be advised that any company or individual not collecting sales & tourist tax from you are acting illegally and may well jeopardize your vacation. A $300 reservation deposit is collected at the time of booking which can be made by Visa, MC or Discover. The balance plus fully refundable damage deposit are due by 30 days prior to arrival in the form of check, money order, or cashier's check only. Fully refundable damage deposit $300 - $500

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation at any time means forfeiture of $300 rental deposit. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival means there will be no refunds of any monies unless the property is re-rented, less $100 cancellation fee.

Rules: Max. occupancy of 10 ( including any & all visitors ). No weddings / social functions without prior written consent. Max # of vehicles 3. No boats, trailers.
