Balance is then due by 30 days prior to arrival in the form of check or money order only. In addition to rates shown is an $85 cleaning fee & 12% tax.

Cancellation Policy: $100 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund unless re-rented, less $100 fee.
