This recently renovated private pool home provides excellent family accommodations set in an ideal location - just minutes away from the many amenities/attractions of St John's Pass as well as Clearwater Beach and just a 2 min. stroll to the wide sandy beaches of Redington. This home has a spacious sunroom which opens out onto a very large ( 36') solar heated screened pool set in a very private yard. Split floorplan includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, sunroom with breakfast table. Owners request smoking on pool deck/patio only please. This home also offers some additional options for rent - 4 person Jacuzzi/Spa, beach furniture, beach towels, cot/crib and a highchair can all be ordered & delivered prior to your arrival.

Payment Policy: Added to the weekly rates shown are $145 cleaning fee & 12% tax. Be advised that any company or individual not collecting sales & tourist tax from you are acting illegally and may well jeopardize your vacation. A $300 reservation deposit is collected at the time of booking which can be made by Visa, MC or Discover. The balance plus fully refundable damage deposit are due by 30 days prior to arrival in the form of check, money order, or cashier's check only.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation at any time means forfeiture of $300 rental deposit. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival means there will be no refunds of any monies unless the property is re-rented, less $100 cancellation fee.
