MIAMI BEACH VACATION CONDO RENTAL DESCRIPTION

The two bedroom condo suite is located at the new Ocean 5 condo; this is in the heart of South Beach at the corner of Ocean Drive and 5TH street. Sleeps up to six comfortably; king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the guest room with plenty of fresh linens as well as bath and beach towels. This beautiful condo has three balconies, two of which have views to the east and south east with the third balcony facing west. This of course will let you catch all the afternoon sun while sipping on a Moito! In the larger bath you will be able to soak up a hot bath while jet sprays work your back.

Now through May 31ST daily rate is $445 Sunday through Thursday nights and $550 on Friday and Saturday nights.

Our weekly rate is $2,900 and the monthly rate is $8,500

Rules: Housekeeping is not included but available to you for a nominal fee; a departure cleaning fee of $100 is required for all stays of four nights or longer.
