Very comfortable one bedroom condo available in South Beach; four can be accommodated comfortably, about 450sq feet in size with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washer and dryer. There is a pull out sleeper for two and a queen bed in the bedroom, also plenty of linens including beach towels will be provided as well as beach chairs and beach umbrella. Other amenities in the condo include CD/stereo and DVD players, flat screen television along with in room cable including HBO. Parking is also included. This condo is 8 minutes walking distance to the beach, also close by are Alton Road and West Ave where you can find a variety of shops from an amazing spa, whole food market, great restaurants and much more. On this side of South Beach you will be able to enjoy much more of the local flavor instead the usual tourist scene!
