There are two queen beds, double bed and a sofa sleeper. The spacious family room hosts cable TV, DVD and CD/stereo. Our two kitchens-first in the home and the second in the apartment, are fully stocked to pamper your taste buds.

There is a fenced back yard with patio at this child friendly New Smyrna Beach vacation home. The huge patio with barbecue is great for entertaining guests or indulging in your own leisure activities privately in an outdoor area next to the beach.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival, there is no fee. For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 1 day prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised

Rules: SMOKING - Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. House Parties - Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance Age - You must be 21 to lease this property and be in residence during the stay.
