The resort's beautiful landscapes, with lakes and golf courses invite you for memorable evening walks. The home offers 3 bedrooms (2 masters) and 3.5 baths. It is beautifully decorated in a provincial Mediterranean style. Unique accessories and paintings throughout the house create a relaxing and romantic ambience.

The attached 2-car garage opens into a nicely landscaped courtyard which invites you into the main entrance. The open floor plan allows direct views of the water from the wide open kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. The high ceilings, beautiful furnishings and large doors and windows add light and airy brightness to this spacious home. From the lovely first-floor covered balcony (furnished with wicker table and chairs) you can relax over breakfast, drinks or a book, and enjoy the cool Atlantic breezes and its wildlife (fish, various species of birds, manatees and the occasional dolphin). The living room offers two couches, an arm chair and a 35-inch cable TV. The dining room table seats 6 to 8 people. The kitchen is also fully furnished with all major appliances and a 5-seat bar.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars and include all taxes. Rate also includes golf and tennis privileges as well as access to the Beach Club, the main clubhouse and the fitness center. A 20% deposit of the total is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Wire Transfer and bank checks, personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one $400.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
