CAPE SAN BLAS VACATION HOUSE RENTAL DESCRIPTION

A lovely home one floor home on stilts. Cape San Blas is a peninsula separating the Gulf of Mexico and Saint Joseph Bay. Cape Dunes is a quiet, secluded area with no high-rises and 'bright lights'. Our home is on a narrow strip of land with a view of the Gulf from one deck and a view of the Bay from the other deck. Two boardwalks, a few yards away, lead over the dunes to the beach (no streets to cross). Easy access to beautiful, pet-friendly beach, state park, excellent fishing, golf, horseback riding, kayaking and snorkeling. For shopping, Port St Joe is less than ten miles away and Apalachicola is 23 miles. Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

The rental rate is $850 per week, except holiday weeks, until October 15, 2008, at which time it is reduced to $750 per week, except holiday weeks.

We require a deposit of $250 to confirm a reservation, all of which will be refunded if the house is left in good condition and there are no charges. Pets are allowed with prior notice and a non-refundable fee of $100. 11% Taxes (State and Local) and a $75 cleaning fee are also required.
