Our condo is located just 1/2 block from the entrance to Pompano Beach. This second floor end unit offers more privacy than others. It has been recently renovated and professionally decorated, so all is fresh and new and we guarranty cleaniness! This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool or venture out for activities. There is something for everyone to enjoy here. No need to squeeze the family into a hotel room when you can feel at home in this immaculate 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. It offers all the amenities of home....only it's at the beach!!! There is a full-size kitchen, not a kitchenette. There is a full-size refrigerator so there is no need to buy ice to keep your food cold in a cooler. The kitchen also comes equipped with an oven, stove and microwave. It has everything you need; dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster, teapot, dish towels and soaps. Having a well-equipped kitchen with appliances means you can cook anything from gourmet food to macaroni and cheese, so you control your food budget. There is also a picnic area, just a few steps outside, with 2 gas BBQ grills so you can enjoy outdoor BBQ cooking. The living room features a full-size Futon sleeper, a 27" Television, DVD, WiFi and a stereo system. Air conditioning will keep you cool even on those HOT south Florida days. The Master Bedroom features a queen size matress, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and air conditioning. A large dresser and mirror also compliment the room. You will also appreciate the reserved parking space conveniently located close to your condo. Our condo is non-smoking & unfortunately pets are not allowed. Mid-Mari Condo is located at: 3230 NE 13th Street in Pompano Beach. One block south of the NE 14th Street Causeway, between the intracostal waterway and A1A.

Payment Policy: 1. All Rates in US Dollars. 2. A Security Deposit of $500.00 for monthly rentals or $200.00 for weekly rentals is required at time of booking. 3. The rental fee plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.00 is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will issue a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Rules: NO PET POLICY: The condo association does not allow pets. NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is allowed outside only.
