Located in Thousand Oaks, opposite to 40-acre lake and overlooking a wooded preserve, our Orlando, Florida vacation rental villa is only 15 minutes from the main gate of Walt Disney World. Just 2 miles from Champions Gate, the villa has easy access to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. Both the Gulf Coast to the west and Kennedy Space Centre to the east are within an easy reach.
This 4 bedroom rental villa in Orlando can easily lodge up to ten vacationers. The bedrooms are well furnished and the bathrooms are well stocked with modern amenities to add maximum comfort and convenience to your stay. To cook your favorite recipes in the modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen will be a delightful experience. The great room features four convertible sofas and additional seating for viewing TV in comfort and also there is a Hi-Fi CD player to keep you wired to your music.
There is a game room featuring slate based billiards table, foosball, air hockey table and darts board for your family to have a gala time. Our Orlando villa rental also offers loads of games for kids to enjoy their vacations. A deposit of $200 per week is required on booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to the holiday unless agreed otherwise (i.e. for late bookings)
Solar Pool heating included - electric pool & spa heat $100 per week (Plus tax)
1/2 price pool heat for March/April 2010
Security deposit of $200 may be charged
Local Tax of 12% payable on rental costs quoted
Additional cleaning charges for stays under 1 week

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the whole or any part of the booking once it has been confirmed, we must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
Period prior to departure within which cancellation Notice is received
Prior to 70 days loss of deposit only
Less than 70 days loss of total holiday cost (Security Deposit will be refunded)
