Our Fernandina Beach, Florida vacation rental at 211 South Fletcher Avenue, is situated across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. The townhouse is only two miles from the historic downtown Fernandina Beach and also has easy access to the downtown Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Landing and the Jaguars football stadium.

Comfortable enough for 10 vacationers, this centrally air-conditioned 3 bedroom rental townhouse in Fernandina Beach features a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, a double sofa sleeper and four twin beds. Entrance to the two-car garage is also on this level. On the second level, a huge master bedroom suite awaits you with a king-sized bed and a big walk-in closet. The master bath features a tub, large stall shower and double-basin sink. The second level also has the Bright kitchen, living and dining area - all part of an Open floor plan which is Great for Entertaining. Jacksonville International Airport is located about 25 minutes from 211 S. Fletcher. From Jacksonville International Airport, take I-95 S to exit 373 (Amelia Island), bear right onto A1A which takes you to Amelia Island. Cross the bridge onto the island and turn right at the second light onto Sadler Road. Continue on Sadler Road to the beach. Go around the roundabout and proceed north on S. Fletcher Avenue (A1A). 211 S. Fletcher will be on your left in about 1-1/2-miles.

A 50% rent deposit is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.
All rates subject to 11% sales tax. Each reservation subject to transaction, non-cash and cleaning fee. Special event and Holiday rates are the same as summer or peak season rates. 3 night minimum. All rates subject to change.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a processing fee of $25 charged. For cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. Travel insurance is advised.

 
Rules: Rules: A damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. This is a NO SMOKING unit and PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
