This newest luxury condo unit at 2040 sq ft is located directly on the beach. This site offers wonderful ocean views and sunset. The master bedroom has a king size bed, own bath with a roman tub for two and shower. Bedroom #2 has a double and twin bed with separate bath. The living room has queen pull out sofa and a great view of ocean. The enclosed lanai also has a queen pull out sofa and it acts as a second living room.

Fully equipped kitchen includes icemaker, shaver, water dispenser and there is a bar sitting area around the kitchen with a table. This home offers four TVs, DVD and VCR. Both living area and master bedroom has balcony sitting area. There are 2 shared pools and two community hot tubs. Pet friendly. No smoking.
