BOCA GRANDE VACATION CONDO RENTAL DESCRIPTION

Boca Vista Harbor is a small gated deluxe property that was completed 2005. Built on Gasparilla Bay the property has a large heated swimming pool with hot tub, a club house with small gym, a tennis court, out door grill area and a fishing pier.

The property adjoins Gasparilla Marina. This is a full service Marina with Boat and Boat-slip rentals available. Boca Vista offers everything for the perfect vacation in Paradise.

Our condominium is on the fifth Floor [there is an elevator]with spectacular views from the screened lanai/balcony looking over the marina and towards Boca Grande. It is designer finished and it has two beds two baths and a den with sofa-bed. There is parking adjacent to the elevator.
