Vacation rental Unit "B" is a lower unit Newport Beach dwelling consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom offers a queen-size bed with linens and bedding provided. Also, the living room has a queen size sofa/sleeper for additional sleeping purposes. The unit will accommodate and comfortably seep 8 total people.

The unit is recently completed new construction and offers a variety of amenities which include: travertine floor coverings, granite counter tops, kitchen maple cabinets and cooking island, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and crown molding. Additional features include: a 42' plasma television, cooking pans and utensils, coffee maker, iron/board and hangers for the closet. The exterior includes a patio area for relaxing and a 1 car garaged parking space for a small car.

Laundry facilities are in the garage and shared with the upper unit. The property is located 3 blocks to the ocean and is also conveniently located across the street from the Albertson's shopping center containing a grocery story and a variety of food places and bike rental shop. Additional restaurants, shops and attractions of Newport Beach are located within walking distance of the property.
