This lovely Vista Cay town home is complete with two King Suites and one Twin Suite, each with private bathrooms. Mattresses are Sealy PosturPedic UltraPlush; linens, of course, are included. About Time's media package includes a 42 inch flat screen plasma TV in the living room and 25 inch or 27 inch flat screen plasma TVs in each of the bedrooms. The living room also boasts a BOSE Surround Sound/DVD/CD System and PlayStation. Games and movies can be rented at the resort's state of the art clubhouse. For your convenience, our Orlando vacation home also boasts a beautiful full size, fully-equipped kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. Payment Policy: Rental is based upon nightly rate plus tax and cleaning fee. Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of $200 is due within 7 days of booking to hold the reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are accepted if they are received 30 days in advance. Money orders and PayPal are also accepted. Credit Cards and EFT payments through PayPal will incur a 3.5% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation prior to 31 days will incur a cost of $100. Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in the loss of $200. Payment of the rental and/or deposit signify a commitment to complete the agreed upon rental.
